Paul is an organisational effectiveness consultant and certified coach with over 16 years’ experience, bringing positive change to world renowned businesses like Deloitte and BSkyB.
Working with senior stakeholders, Paul specialises in Organisational Development, Consulting, Organisational Design, Talent and Performance Management, Cultural Change, Behavioural Assessment, Employee Engagement, Leadership and Team Coaching. He’s also a certified coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation, providing executive and leadership coaching.
Associate & Research Specialist
Dan Atkinson is an employment communications research specialist. He has worked across a diverse range of sectors and at all seniority levels. His work in the strategic HR area has informed the attraction, retention and engagement strategies of companies including Barclays, Shell, PA Consulting, npower and various other global business and consumer facing organisations. He has worked internally in recruitment for Nestlé and has an academic background in organisational behaviour.
