Paul Elder-Gibbins

Organisational Consultant and Performance Coach

Paul is an organisational effectiveness consultant with over 16 years’ experience, bringing positive change to world renowned businesses, working with senior leaders and key stakeholders in making organisations more effective. This has ranged from cultural change programmes to the design of new organisations, the implementation of new approaches to talent development and performance management, through to enabling organisations who were going through transformational change and working on large scale complex organisational development projects. I have also designed and developed employee experiences for organisations, ensuring engagement drivers are embedded into the organisation and its ways of working.

Recent clients include Deutsche Bank, Betfair, RFU and Deloitte Consulting.

In addition to organisational effectiveness projects, Paul is a certified performance coach working with organisations to provide bespoke coaching programmes for leaders and teams.


Linzi Elder-Gibbins

Communication Specialist

Linzi is a marketing and communications professional with over 17 years’ experience of developing marketing and communication campaigns to support business strategy. She is skilled at creating written content and messaging, taking complex ideas and information and translating it into engaging communication. She has advised and coached senior executives on a range of leadership communication activities and delivered several high profile projects for her clients.
